One of the most important aspects of a yoga studio is the sense of community.

I mix together weekly yoga classes, monthly book club meetings, and workshops to connect with students on a personal level and build a community that fosters personal growth.

I’ve known Catherine for about a year now, and can honestly say that her teaching has helped me go so much deeper into my yoga practice. Not only does she give amazing cues and teach mindfulness and breathwork in a way that my restless self can relate to, but she has a unique ability to hold space for her students. The warm community she creates inside her classes extends outside of them, and I’ve met so many amazing people through Catherine’s yoga classes and book club. She cares so much about what she does and the people she meets and her love radiates outward. I leave Catherine’s classes feeling whole, grounded, and connected. If you have the chance to work with her, take it!!

Catherine cares about her “yogis” and creates a welcoming and un-intimidating community in which to practice yoga. I leave her class feeling accomplished for whatever I was able to do in my practice, and calmer and more relaxed than when I started the class.
